Physiotherapist & 1:1 Pilates Teacher
I want to help people be fit for the adventures of life! I believe everyone should be able to enjoy an active life and live the adventure of life to the full. I enjoy working with clients of all levels of physical ability, from those keen to keep themselves mobile and healthy to aspiring sporting youngsters, serious amateurs and elite athletes. I aim to empower you, to give you a greater understanding of how your body works and how you can help look after your health and well being to stay active.
I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2001 in London, working in the NHS initially and in Private Practice since 2008. I have worked with a wide variety of sports over my career including England Student rugby, fencing, figure skating, judo, athletics, and Paralympic sports. I was privileged to be part of the GB medical team at the World University Games in Kazan, Russia (2013) and Shenzhen, China (2011). I have been the Chief Physiotherapist for the School Games since 2014 and was previously the Chief Physiotherapist for the domestic programme for British University and Colleges Sports (BUCS).

Your favourite thing about Business Choir
Business Choir has not only allowed me to rediscover my love of singing but has also introduced me to some wonderful people I wouldn’t have met otherwise. I always leave feeling energised and part of a big happy business family who all want to have fun and support each other in life and business.
